There’s so much things not allowed to do inside. Good thing we booked another one where we had our small gathering to celebrate our family member’s birthday.

Me and my family would like to provide our honest comments so that it might be improved. The Host responds promptly. The place is large and has enough room for a family or group to stay. However, due to the lengthy orientation of House Rules which included things like cleaning and disposing of our own garbage before check-out which I thought it's already included the cleaning fee in the total amount I've paid. Also, the disappointment of being prohibited from using the cabinet or closet, which made it difficult for us to arrange our clothes. Additionally, the bedsheet has stains and filth left underneath the bed which seems like not cleaning it regularly. The Fridge is not working properly, both inside the refrigerator and oven toaster need to be cleaned. The Unit lacks basic necessities like complimentary drinking water, toiletries  and dishwashing soap. But they have provided towels and disposable slippers which is good.

Great place. U can just stay at the resort. No need to get out. Host prepared board games and also video games. It was nice. My fav was the recliner chair. 😂 I just hate the long waiting time for elevator. Not host’s fault tho. There are stores nearby and also laundromat. I love how there are spa nearby as well. SM bicutan is also just walking distance. Overall, it was a nice place.

miss nikki did her job but not as a superhost. so much hassle during check in, specially the parking. she could have arranged the parking before we arrived. different rates in actual compared to what she has in her advertisement. fridge was not thoroughly cleaned and has leftovers, she even admitted that her cleaners left them because it’s her food! the tv in the bedroom does not work and for display only. additional rules upon check in, they restrict you from cooking.
