We truly felt at home for our five days in Cascais, having to ourselves this spacious, nicely furnished apartment with lots of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen, where we prepared several meals and enjoyed them on the large roomy balcony. A five minute walk to the coast, where there were three bicycle rental places to choose from, for cycling up the coast, and a great little center with al fresco restaurants and shops. Far enough from the main tourist zone to get a sense of local living, yet only a 20 minute walk or 3 euro Uber ride to the town center. Maria is a welcoming host, who responds quickly to all communications. An excellent experience staying here.

L’appartement était super bien situé et propre. L’hôte était très accueillante. je recommande ce logement, l’emplacement est situé proche de la côte avec plein de bars et de petits restaurants, c’est une petite ville magnifique. Non loin d’autres villes aux alentours qu’on peut rejoindre à vélo, tout le long de la côte, superbe.

Maria’s apartment is very nice and comfortable. Maria had everything we needed and more. She provided us with snacks and beverages including wine for our arrival. Check in went smoothly and then she gave us a quick tour to where the wedding we were attending was located. The location was chosen because of close proximity to the beach and the wedding venue. There is a store close by, ATMs, laundry facilities, bakery and several restaurants including pizza with delivery! Maria provided many tips and was available by text and phone when we had questions. Location is close to a bus stop and getting to the train station was easy. The location was perfect for us! Neighbors were quiet, friendly with an occasional barking dog but not to the point of annoying. My daughter and I would chose Maria’s place if we have a chance to visit again. You won’t be disappointed!

Maria is a wonderful host. She's very kind and helpful and she has a lovely apartment. The terrace is really delightful!!
