Theresa is a fantastic host. She responded immediately to messages. She even provided eclipse glasses for our visit during the 2024 eclipse. A few things really stood out to me about this visit. The location is nestled in the Ozarks, with a gated entrance. There are several beautiful cabins on the property, all placed tactfully away from each other so that they feel very private. Our cabin (#1) where we stayed for 4 nights is an elevated outdoor retreat. We were greeted by a luna moth above the door and the woods were alive with bird songs. The cabin is all wood with beautiful and practical textured concrete floors. It is outfitted with lovely decor, new appliances, a big fold-out sofa, comfy beds, soft bedding and towels, radiant water heat, a jetted tub, ceiling fans, and individual heat/AC units in each room. There are plenty of cabinets, dishes, and counter space for storing food and making family meals (including a dishwasher!). We had a lovely and restful stay. Worth every penny.
