Caution: There is a narrow spiral staircase from the entrance to the living area. It is not well suited for guests with walking difficulties and pets. The first bedroom with a large smart TV has a 180cm wide box spring bed. The second bedroom with a 160cm box spring bed is right behind. (So the front bedroom is a passage room to the rear room.) From the living room it goes to the large wooden terrace with a southern orientation. We separated the terrace from the neighboring property with a high wooden fence. The terrace next door is from the apartment 5. The high -quality kitchen equipment has everything you need for enjoyable cooking evenings or a longer stay. The cozy seating area with wooden table and kitchen benches invites you to linger. The bathroom has a heated mirror so that you have no fitted mirror after the warm shower (rain shower). Your stay in Braunlage can become a special experience for adults and children, especially since the house is in a traffic -calmed zone. A special highlight is the garage for your car, which is available exclusively for this apartment. (Attention: Suitable for deeper cars. Then you can park in front of it.)
