Apartment is really nice, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Check in was super smooth even We checked in very late after midnight, it wasn’t any problem for them. Area is very calm, You Can hear a noise from the airport but it is a nice spot to observe airplanes and without a doubt that noise It’s not a problem. For sure It’s not a touristic place but If You rent a car is super close to Los Abrigos or El Medano were You will find nice restaurants. La Tajita beach is very nice.

Had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. Positives: -We had to drive to the next town to pick up the keys as it was late but Betty made us a free pizza from her work which was very gratefully received to some hungry travelers. -Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we need. We very much appreciated the little extras that make stays easier (toilet paper rolls, a bottle of water, soap, washing powder, kitchen towels, extra bedding etc). -Windows have shutters that block out all the light so easy sleeping no matter how sunny it is. -Apartment has its own underground parking space which is great as parking spaces can be difficult to find in Tenerife. -Very close to airport but you cannot hear any of the planes. -Across the road from restaurants and supermarket. Restaurants are nice as they not touristy and reasonable price. -Beach and mountain in walking distance. Negatives: -3rd room didn't have a fan so could be hot. AC only in living room.

Apartment is very nice, clean and so cozy. The owner was very flexible with the check in time. It's really family friendly, so the kids really loved it too. In such apartment I would not mind if it rains all vacation.

Wir sind von Betty sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war super ausgestattet. Leider wurde ich krank, aber Betty hat mir sofort Kontaktdaten von einem Arztzentrum zugeschickt. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe eines der schönsten Stränden des Südens, leider aber auch nahe am Flughafen. Aber Gottseidank gab es nachts keine Flüge mehr, so dass man ruhig schlafen kann. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
