Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Maïté. Le logement est à 5 min à pied de la plage , en plein centre ville. c'est idéal lorsque l'on veut voyager sans devoir prendre la voiture. Tout est à proximité. Le parc mauresque avec le terrain de jeux pour les enfants , la grande roue , la plage , les restaurants ect. Je recommande.

+ Nice appartement in nice neighbourhood, well equipped for a long stay, flexible check in and out. - There is an issue in the bathroom, and it smells awful We cleaned appartement after our stay, triple checking it as we have a small corgi, so we know how important is to clean everything thoroughly. After our departure the host called us and asked to come back, making us think, that we forgot smth. We met her and she accused us in leaving the appartement horribly dirty and asked us to pay 50 euro cash to clean it. We payed as we were already late for the train and on top we didn't want to spoil the mood on vacation with arguing, but it was unpleasant situation. In my 8+ years at airbnb all hosts were saying thank you for leaving appartement in perfect state. - the host doesn't communicate via airbnb, just phone, only later I understood why... 25% of what we payed for the appartement she asked in cash ON TOP the price you see when you book in airbnb... bed linnen, cleaning...

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est très bien placé. Le garage dans la résidence est vraiment très pratique. Nous recommandons tout à fait cet appartement. Merci à Lydie qui gère l'appartement pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.

Appartement très propre et moderne , super emplacement au centre ville d’Arcachon. On peut tout faire à pied c’est génial. La communication avec l’hôte était claire et précise pour récupérer les clés avec place de parking. Je recommande fortement cet appartement nickel pour un séjour d’une semaine à Arcachon en famille.

Très bel appartement, très bon emplacement, proche du centre , place du marché à 200m . Très propre et très spacieux .
