If I was Da Vinci I would paint Mona Roberta - such a good personality host, who deserves a piece of art in her name. Her advices for food, public services, attractions and even football were clear, exact and straight to the point. I felt like Roberta is my relative. Even on Easter she responded quickly. The home is cozy and well equipped. You have everything you need to start a new life in Italy. The neighborhood is so quite at the evenings and at the mornings . Exactly what you need after a long day exploring Milano. First you can drink your italian coffee at the Tree Library park near the Bosco Verticale (the Vertical Forests unique buildings) or Gae Aulenti piazza below the skyscrapers. If you want to visit the city center early, there is a Metro station at 7-8 minutes walking - Isola (purple line M5). Get it to Zarra (Bignami direct.) and there switch with the Yellow M3 (San Donato direct.) and you will be 5 stops away from the Duomo station and all Da Vinci secrets of Milano.

Very nice apartment for a family of four with kids sharing a sofa bed. The apartment is as advertised and in a nice neighborhood, Subway to main sights/central station is a 10-15 minute walk but a tram is just a few minutes walk to main sights. Host is great for communication

Fantastic great apartment within a short walk to Porta Garibaldi and in an up and coming neighborhood with a lot of new shops! Roberta’s place is clean and has everything that one needs. Plus, communication is super smooth — grazie Roberta!
