Everything was perfect! We booked same day in the afternoon for arrival at Midnight. Heng Thay responded very fast and confirmed our booking, which was great; this way we could jump into the car knowing we have a place to stay. Heng Thay offered to welcome us in person, which was very kind, but the check-in instructions were so clear (and our arrival so late) that we managed well. The flat was very clean, and best of all, everything was prepared (the guest bed as well as the baby bed were prepared, and we were able to put the kids to sleep right away; awesome service). Heng Thays flat offers everything you need for your stay. We can’t say much about the neighborhood, because we went to Disneyland for the day. The drive from the flat is only a few minutes away. Gran lugar para hospedaje si vas a Disney, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Tiene un centro comercial a 10-15 min caminando. Todo muy limpio y cómodo.

It’s extremely close to Disney Paris and affordable. Only about a 10 minute or less uber or taxi from Disney which was super convenient. Clear instructions to get into the apartment. Only complaint would be the walls are thin so you can hear other people in surrounding apartments. Construction of a new apartment building across the street was unpleasant but they don’t operate at night so it wasn’t an issue. I would highly recommend if you’re going to Disney Paris and don’t want to spend $1500 to stay in Disney. The place was very clean and I would book it again!

Very responsive host, the flat is as described and true to the pictures. It served our purpose very well as a base for Disneyland, no complaints at all. You need a car or taxi though as not much in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely perfect! Very safe building with garage parking. 2 min driving distance from Disneyland and half hour from Paris downtown. Perfect for families with children! Much more better then pictures shows don't hesitate to book if is available. We will be back for sure! Five stars experience!
