Plenty of room for our guests and great location

Very nice place. It says lawn care every 10 days but the grass and trees where really high and wild and I stayed 4 days. The sheets in a lot of the bedrooms were not clean. They made the beds up nice but we had to buy new sheets because they were dirty. We really enjoyed kitchen and bathrooms on all floors. The a/c on the 2nd floor was not functioning correctly the whole house was very hot we had to run fans but it was ok. Overall it was a good house but I was told it’s New York living so no major concerns. It was a good stay and plenty of room.

Great stay, communication was on point (quick and responsive). Place was exactly as described. Lots of rooms for great price.

We booked this place to have family and friends meet in Buffalo for the Sabres game and Bills game. It was great value that allowed us to save money, and have common areas to hang out which we wouldn't have had with a hotel. It is not in the heart of the city or anything, but it is a cheap ride to anywhere. Plenty of parking which was helpful because we had 3 different vehicles.
