I feel like Air BnB hands out the title of super host quite liberally, but Lisa and James truly embody what should be considered super hosts! They were extremely responsible and proactively found some issues before we arrived, communicated them to us before we arrived, and actively worked to resolve them. Any questions or issues we had during our stay were quickly responded to and resolved!

Great place to stay. It was like a home away from home. We really enjoyed it and definitely would return. Highly recommend this place if coming to Niagara Falls.

Lisa was an extremely responsive and attentive host. My friends and I had booked the weekend as we were going to a wedding at Niagara on the Lake. Our group are overthinkers and we prefer not to bother our hosts with mundane questions especially late at night, so it did cause some discomfort on our end as we're used to extensive instructions (booklets/binders on home how-tos) from other stays (not knowing how to use the remote/tv set up, unsure of where extra towels, bedding, paper towels may be). But please rest assured, Lisa was more than willing to stop by the house to help us out in any way should we have reached out on our own. We highly commend her on her communication! Our group truly enjoyed our stay, and felt more than comfortable. It was clean and tidy, with great amenities. We absolutely recommend Lisa's property for anyone who is looking to roam around the falls as it is great walking distance and has parking!
