Fantastic! Great bedroom, very spacious house, good water pressure and a great coffee place next door. Overall a place worth returning to.

I was really happy with my stay here - the area was exactly what I was looking for with great character, free parking available (just watch out that the rules change street by street), and great connections all over SF. The home was comfortable with great kitchen amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful, including offering to help me get baseball tickets.

This review may come back to haunt me because his place is a hidden gem in this part of the city. Jerry is a wonderful host. I really couldn’t ask for a better one on so many levels. His clean, safe, organized home ranks superior in as far as location, public transportation, access to restaurants, market, coffee shop and a beautiful public park across the street. I enjoyed perfect sun bathing on the small bbq deck in the back. Ask if the front (park view) room is available. I was able to prepare meals in the large kitchen, store food in the fridge and enjoy nice hot showers every day. I stayed 8 days and took advantage of the nearby 24th Street BART Station to visit family in the Bay Area. I just hope Jerry’s place is available the next time I come to visit my daughter who lives in the Mission District. I just fear the word is going to get out about what a great Airbnb Jerry is operating there in the friendly Precita Park neighborhood and that he will be all booked when I return. Peace

Everything was just as advertised. I was looking for accommodation in that specific neighbourhood, so the apartment was perfectly located for me. Jerry communicated very proactively and was available whenever I needed him to be. I recommend Jerry as a host.
