My husband and I wanted to visit Mt. Washington. I found this place that's pet friendly and was the right price for us. There's a nice brook behind the house that was incredibly relaxing. Barbara was responsive when we had questions and was very friendly through text messages. We loved that we could park in the garage and had private access to the apartment. I was able to run in the morning and not worry about traffic. This area is very safe. There's hardly any traffic on the road. There are restaurants, breweries, and distilleries that welcome dogs. We had a great time and highly recommend Barbara's place. This is a place we would definitely return to. We even told our friends about her place. They're interested in visiting, too!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway. Perfect for a few days of hiking in the whites with our pup. Thoughtful extras that made a stay with a dog more comfortable too, like a blanket for the couch in case your dog is used to snuggling up. I always bring one anyway but since the couch was huge it was nice to have a second. View out the back is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's Appartement. The surrounding is beautiful and silent: the woods and the wildcat brook are nearby. I warmly recommend this accomodation.

The room was squeaky clean with the essential amenities one would need to be comfortable during a weekend stay - central air, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, comfortable bed, not to mention a gorgeous view of the river. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and hospitable. I was able to recharge and be comfortable in the cozy apartment before and after my marathon race. I would stay here again one hundred times over.

Barbara and Bruce place is amazing, so queit. They are very nice people. The apartment is so clean, the kitchen have everything what you need for the stay. The view of the river is magnificent. Have lots of hiking trail. We missed the Washington Mtn because in April the road is closed but maybe next time.
