Room more spacious than "cozy" implied. Ample dresser drawer space. Soft towels. Small futon a bonus, though uncomfortably low to the ground. Bed sits only 6 inches above ground; mattress uncomfortable. Floor in BR and powder room not clean upon arrival. Shared bathroom really nasty. Bugs a bother - bug bomb provided by host. Had to wait for host upon arrival, but thumbprint lock system worked well.
