Great place to stay over the Christmas period, very quiet down a dead end street. Host was very attentive and responsive.

Cleanliness: The property had a damp smell, and despite appearing tidy, it lacked cleanliness. Wet plates in the kitchen cupboard with leftover food residue were a notable issue. Amenities: While the house boasted full equipment, the water heater posed a problem. Initially, it wasn't functioning and required resetting. Even after resetting, the water heater's dial didn't work properly, resulting in water that was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Despite reporting the issue to the host, it couldn't be resolved due to the late hour. Appearances: The interiors didn't match the listing, falling short of expectations set by the description and photos. Service: The host did provide clear instructions and was responsive; however, no car parking space was reserved as promised, requiring us to find our own parking arrangement. Overall: Unpleasant stay, expected better for the price. Attention to detail and pre-check-in issue resolution are crucial for a satisfactory experience.
