The inner-city suburb of West End is a lively mixture of cultures and the bohemian heart of Brisbane. The quirky local style can be described as a fusion of multicultural, alternative and vintage and the shops, restaurants and atmosphere reflect this suburb's eclectic personality. On any weekend stroll through the Davies Park markets, aspiring designers peddle their wares amongst organic grocers, food vendors and coffee houses.
South Brisbane is a vibrant and spritely young suburb with a deep past. The historic Fish Lane is the spine connecting West End to the centre and river at South Bank. It's home to hip wine bars, craft beer, fusion restaurants and festivities.

If not don't worry, getting around the city from South Brisbane is a breeze. Exactly what you would expect from one of Australia's fastest growing capital cities.
You will be located close to South Brisbane Train Station, numerous bus stops and even the South Bank ferry terminal. This is my personal favourite way of exploring Brisbane and by far the most fun! Hop on and off the City Cat or even the City Hopper which is a free service offering several stops between North Quay and New Farm.
