Very clean nice place, furnished comfortably and was a great place for our extended stay while we house hunted. The apartment is right across the street from a big park, which was great for walking our dog. Quick access to Broadway and the highway system, and right up the street from a grocery store. Beverly was very responsive, and the apartment was well stocked (kitchen equipment, extra set of sheets, etc.).

We had an odd interaction with an overly nosy neighbor at check-in. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The condo is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with good parking. There are more than ample supplies in the clean and clutter-free unit. There is a nice little private balcony right off the back door to drink your morning coffee. Lastly, the price was the same and/or better than either of the two hotels we usually stay in when visiting family in Knoxville. We hope it’s available the next time we visit.

Beautiful condo! I enjoyed my stay at Beverly’s Condo. It had everything that I needed and more. It is also decorated beautifully; the photos do not do it justice. It was clean, easy to find, and it felt like home. Beverly was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. 10/10
