The place was spotless, good location off the strip but easily could walk to everything downtown. Leslie was very responsive! Would stay here again if available when back in the area.

The Condo in Gatlinburg was very convenient and was located in walking distance to everything that was going on in downtown Gatlinburg. A plus was that the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is next-door. When the weather isn't that great, amenities such as covered parking, indoor pool, and access to washing machines help a lot. Both Leslie and John were very responsive to any questions I had and seemed very friendly.

The location was great. It was easy to check in. The building itself was not what I expected. The outside area, including walls and elevator were dirty and not taken care off. Inside the room: The sheets were clean, but comforter and throw pillows smelled like old sweat. It was very clear that they were not washed. I would not recommend staying there unless you’re in a tight budget.

Great location, most of downtown Gatlinburg is walkable from this location. Never had to pay for parking for our whole trip. Apartment is "small" but cozy. Even when it was cold outside it was a nice temp in the apartment without us even running the heat or using a fireplace (it looks like they have some electric one, but we never turned it on). Toilet and sinks work well; hot water comes extremely fast. Fridge is a little loud but nothing unacceptable. Our biggest difficulties were in the kitchen itself just due to its small size. A few things to note: - There is no drying rack, making dishes a bit hard to air dry. - There is no oven. - There is no toaster (although I hope they add one). - There was no sponge provided (although they could easily include one in the future). Making breakfast was a bit of a challenge but we made it happen. We stayed here from a Tuesday and Checked out on Saturday in April 2024, we liked the place and would stay here again.

Leslie responded quickly. We booked last minute as we decided to stay one more night towards that afternoon. Leslie was quick to approve my stay. The building is so close to everything. Once we parked we were able to walk the entire weekend. Definitely will book again.
