The Apartment @ Oswald House forms the lower ground floor of our large Victorian house, 2 mins walk to The Grove in the centre of Ilkley. Whilst a staircase leads down from the main house, the apartment is extremely spacious and completely self-contained with its own entrance. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and small open-plan dining hall with the added benefit of a mirrored gym space. Dogs on request but strictly no smoking. The apartment is in central Ilkley, within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of beautiful walks on the doorstep, wonderful cycle rides and Ilkley Station is a leisurely 10 minute walk away, with regular trains to Leeds, taking only 30 mins. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and L’Or coffee machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The large sitting room has a huge comfy sofa, a 50” TV with Sky, Netflix & Amazon Prime and a small circular dining table. The bedroom has a double bed, sitting area with TV and can accommodate a small child on a camp bed which we can provide. The mirrored open-plan gym area has a Nautilus T264 treadmill, cross trainer, selection of hand weights and barbell. On arrival, guests will find a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, butter and jam. There is also a selection of cereal, tea, coffee and sugar. The apartment is well equipped to be able to cook a meal, with essentials such as cooking oil, various herbs, flour, sauces etc. A free parking pass (virtual) for parking directly outside the house can be arranged however prior-notice for this is required. Secure bike storage is also available by prior arrangement. Towels, toiletries, cotton-waffle bathrobes and hairdryer are also provided.
