Fifteen minutes from Paraty historical center, a magical and cozy independent mountain studio in Várzea do Corumbe (Praia Corumbe on map) with wonderful sea views. Ideal for 1-2 travelers who enjoy nature, meditation and peaceful environments. We live in the house below the studio. You are welcome to enjoy the deck whenever you like. We have recommendations for restaurants, activities, and health professionals, if you are interested. We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Casa Chácana is our property focused on conscious, simple living. We have three independent suites. We live in the main house and we rent the studio above us, and the garden suite below. We are working on a food garden. We have visitors at times during the day and there will be guests staying below in the garden suite as well. We ask everyone to feel at home, interact if desired, and if you prefer your solitude and privacy, you will have it. We work from home and have many guests who prefer quiet as well, so generally speaking we ask everyone to be aware of noise and music levels. Your studio has an independent entrance up the stairs outside. It feels like a cozy air conditioned treehouse with a spectacular view. It is simple and efficient. Ideal for meditation, inspiration, and rest while you venture to beaches and waterfalls. We have blackout curtains for complete privacy and to help with sun in the morning, but we encourage you to enjoy at least one sunrise from bed! We recently added a TV with Roku as well which is not pictured. There is a water filter and everything you need for cooking small meals. There is a mini fridge for food storage. If you need more space, you are welcome to use ours. Internet is fast throughout the premises. We offer you basics for your stay: Excellent organic coffee, sea salt, soap for dish cleaning, and toilet paper. The parking is located outside on the street in front of the house. There will always be a spot right in front for you. If you do not have a car, please message us before booking.
