A great home at an excellent location! The host, Ian, is extremely kind and accommodating. The walls and floors are thin so if you have young children who are old enough to run around, you will get noise complaints from the residents downstairs. I tried very hard to remind my child to walk in order to be considerate. It was difficult because the extreme heat didn’t allow us to play outside as long or as often as we would have liked. Overall, a pleasant stay that I highly recommend.

My experience was unique because I stayed in Ian’s place for three months while my company relocated me to the Houston area. The place is really superb, and Ian was an amazing host. The apartment’s location is amazing and walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. The building is beautiful, safe, and well kept. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with Ian was seamless. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location at a walking distance from restaurants nearby. Near I-69. Close to Sugar Land Town Square with many free public events. Ideal for those wanting to explore Sugar Land without a car / car pooling. Apartment is well maintained and quiet hours are respected.
