Forget your worries in our spacious modern chic lakefront cottage at High Rock Lake. All beds are on the main level and downstairs is an open spacious living area. There are views of the water from almost every window. Both levels have entry ways which is nice for carrying luggage to bedrooms or parking at bottom for a easy walk to the kitchen for groceries. The entire home is yours. Main level offers the 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, as well as the bunk room that is in the oversized main bedroom closet. This floor also has the full size washer and dryer. Bedroom 1- Main bedroom with full on-suite bathroom. King bed with high end mattress for the best sleep possible. 50" smart tv situated between the vaulted beams. The bathroom offers SPA tub, this tub has the capability to change the pressure of the jets, as well as custom heat settings. It is the perfect way to end the day on the water. The separate shower is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The closet offers full over full bunk beds for kids or extra guest. Also has beautiful balcony overlooking the lake to enjoy your coffee. Bedroom 2- King bed with upgraded mattress to assure a great sleep. 50" smart tv for your viewing pleasure. French door closet to hold all your clothes and luggage. End table with USB plugs to charge your electronics. Across the hall is the full bathroom with stand up shower which includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Down the steps you'll find the completely open modern kitchen and living areas. Dining area- Table with 4 chairs as well as 3 bar stools at the counter. Kitchen- All stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and HUGE walk-in pantry. French door fridge with lower pull out freezer has enough room for all your grocery needs. The oven offers traditional cooking options as well as air fry option. In the walk-in pantry you will find the microwave if needed. Oversize sink allows for easy cleanup after meals. Living room- Comfortable sectional couch to relax on while taking in the view of the water through the sliding glass door or oversize picture window. Also corner chair for extra seating. 50" smart tv for your favorite programs. Powder room- This bathroom makes it convenient rather than having to go up the steps. Take a peak out the window for more lake views. Patio- Just off the living room is the covered porch. Sectional couch, chair with ottoman, and TV make this area my favorite. Sit back relax with the breeze or turn on the fan to make it the most relaxing experience. Enjoy the sounds of nature or turn on the TV and enjoy the game. In the evening or colder months turn on the heater and enjoy this area at any hour. Off the patio you will find the outdoor shower. Enjoyable area to rinse off after time spent on the water. Dock- Down the slight hill, you will find the dock. While the lift is not usable for guest there is still 2 open spots should you want to bring your own boat. End of the dock at full pond is roughly 10-12 ft. If jumping in please jump at your own risk. December through January High Rock Lake drops the water level by about 8' to allow everyone to work on the docks. During these times it could be difficult for larger boats to access this area. We also have 2 kayaks ( A one seater and A 2 seater) for the adventurist. We love our cottage and hope you do too, we appreciate you taking care of it so others can enjoy it too.
