Quiet and hidden house with a warm environment in the beautiful upper north of Japan. Best choice for traveling to Wakkanai, Rishiri, and Rebun. 6 minutes from the station on the walk. Limited to 3 private rooms (not a whole house rental) Kitchen, living/dining room, refrigerator, microwave... 2 toilets, 1 shower room. Each room can be locked. The parking lot is free in front of our house. Even in summer, Wakkanai is cool at around 20~25 degrees Celsius, so the building has no air conditioner.

Our stay at Lulu was perfect! The hosts are super nice and the house is very well designed to be cozy and to make you feel at home. Especially loved the deers :-) We would love to come back to Lulu's if we're ever in Wakkanai again. Thank you for the warm welcome Yuji and Kiki!!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich habe die zwei Nächte genossen. Durch die entgegebrwchte Freundlichkeit habe ich mich sehr willkommen und aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich freue mich schon auf einen weiteren Besuch. Vielen Dank.

The location was perfect and an easy walk to Wakkanai station (which is also where you can get the bus to Cape Soya). There are also many parks and shrines you can walk too in the area as well. The stay was clean and LuLu was very responsive and kind and helped me sort things out on my journey around Wakkanai and Cape Soya. If I return to Wakkanai one day I will stay here. It was clean and well kept. It was a wonderful inn.

Located in a quiet area from the Wakkanai station and bus terminal (6 mins walk), and ferry terminal (15 mins walk). Restaurant district 1 min on foot. The Northern Breakwater Dome, Hokumon Shrine, Wakkanai Park, a supermarket, a convenience store, and a drugstore nearby within walking distance. The washing machine is located at 2 coin laundries walking about 10-20 minutes. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us!

Free parking is available for 3 cars in front of our building. There is also a free municipal parking lot within walking distance.
Wakkanai train and bus station is a 6-minute walk away, and there is a bus bound for Wakkanai Airport from Wakkanai Station.
It is a 15-minute walk to Wakkanai Ferry Terminal.
We provide mopeds and bicycle rental under the name "LuLuRental."
*Foreigners must have an "international driver's license, etc." to drive.

We fell in love with the nature of the northern area of Hokkaido and then moved here. When we travel here for the first time, we felt this area is difficult for foreigners with less information and traffic options. For this reason, we opened this guesthouse and a mopeds/bicycle rental.
