We stayed at BedHostel for a few days, and it was ok. Pros - Good location, walking distance to old town, or a government but that takes you to Patong beach area - Helpful staff - Fairly decently priced Cons - WiFi didn’t work in our dorm - lack of natural light as window opens onto covered corridor - harsh/cold lights in room - had a little problem with a late check in (ensure you receive a confirmation/instruction email if you’ve request a late check in at least 24hrs before you’re due to arrive)

This is run by family and friends which makes your stay more personal and provide good service. Since the host also speak good english, they can give you tips on where and how to go around Phuket. Also, this is a place good for backpackers. Not just a place where one can lay their heads to rest on, but also a place where they can feel like in a hip and youthful place as the host are fun to be with (basically from what I have witnessed on how they entertain and interact with their guests). The place also have amenities and additional service e.g. print for your boarding pass :). there's also free tea, coffee, and crackers/jam. Will definitely recommend to youthful backpackers out there!

Adorable hostel with rooms that looked exactly like the pictures. The style is part industrial, part hipster, with a great usage of the space to really maximize it. Our double bed room had power outlets on both sides which was great, and also included a storage cubby in the room where you could lock your things while you were out. We chose this location as a lot of excursions we looked at seemed to leave from the pier near Phuket Town. The workers were very helpful and we could buy tickets for a ferry from Phuket to Ko Phi Phi directly from them, including a shuttle bus to the pier. Would recommend!

So sorry for the late reply. The only word to describe my stay was SPLENDID! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed every single moment there. The hostel looked exactly like the picture, very urban, very New York style. It is slightly far from Patong Beach, but very close to Phuket Oldtown where u can get fresh coconut water at only 25bath. Hahhahhahahhah Last but not least, talk to Ernie, Emmy and Anthony, they are beyond sweet! and friendly! Thanks for the great experience Ernie, Emmy and Anthony!
