We have on the top floor, two bedrooms. The first is a large main, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large northwest facing balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The room has a closets, king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower, two sinks, a separate soaking tub, and closet. Also on the top floor is a smaller bedroom. It also has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a small northwest facing balcony with ocean view. The room has two beds which can be made into one King size if requested. There is a small bright 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Downstairs on the main floor is another comfortable bedroom,again with floor to ceiling northwest facing sliding glass doors, with a king bed, large closet, and small 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Fourth bedroom is set up as an office which offers small fold out couch to sleep 1 and/or a premium queen size air mattress prepared by request. Also on the main floor is a spacious open concept, kitchen, and dining area with a small step down to the living room area. Again the northwest facing wall has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in L shape which open up to a walk out deck or covered patio and swimming pool, all facing the nearby ocean, and Ocotal beach. The east side of the L sliding doors, walk out to a large covered patio that has a lounging area, a large dining table, and premium multi functional bbq/outdoor kitchen. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with storage and beach towels for your use.
