We came out for a 3 day family event so we’re looking for a place to crash at the end of the night, but we got so much more, we didn’t even want to go to our events because of the charm of this home. We literally just wanted to stay all day hanging out at home. Everything is beautiful from the bedrooms to the little touches we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated every touch!! Lots of amenities and so much to do and walk around. Friendly neighborhood as well. Definitely will be coming back and recommended!!

The Nowlins House made my birthday so special ! I cannot wait to plan my next trip . It will be with Ioni & Jay ! The home was honestly better than the photos captured, and I was not expecting such a beautiful yard <3 11/10 would recommend.

The place is amazingly organized and very spacious. Jay was very responsive and helpful. He also made me check in 30 minutes early. I highly recommend them.

This is a beautiful and spacious house in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I really liked the tall ceilings and open layout on the main floor. The place is clean and well equipped with all the amenities you could need. The yard is also nicely maintained. Jay was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jay's house if you are looking for a place near Detroit or its surroundings. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jay's house in Dearborn in early April. This home is so cozy and comfortable! We loved the historic charm and all the unique built-in features. The floors creek a bit, but the house stays warm and quiet at night with the radiator heat. The neighborhood is really quiet too and so conveniently located. Just minutes to Dearborn shopping and excellent restaurants, and an easy drive into downtown Detroit. We will definitely be staying again!
