House avail May 16 - May 28..2024. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Great for sporting Events at Lake Kawana or Sunshine Coast Stadium. Perfect for Staff/Families/Conference SCUH Hospital & Private Hospital. Venue 114 & The Hub. 3 Beaches walk or ride to. 5 mins to local shopping village, Bus stop, Supermarkets, local markets, etc. Local bus Nth or Sth. Bowls club 7 mins away. Courtesy Bus to 2 Surf Clubs and Bowls Club. Families considered on enquiry. Good size home with 2 separate outdoor areas including a pool. Off street parking. Open family area and separate media room.

Vicki & Ian were amazing hosts. It was our first Christmas with our 5 month old daughter. Vicki reached out beforehand to check if we needed anything for the baby to ensure we were comfortable. The house had beautiful Christmas decorations & even a few pressies from Vicki & Ian. It felt like we were at home. The house is very spacious, nice sized kitchen for cooking a big Christmas dinner and a great back garden to play in next to the relaxing pool. We had a great stay, check-in was easy and Vicki communicated quickly if we needed anything—cannot recommend their place enough!

3 Beaches lots cafes all within 10 mins or less.
Woolworths, Coles, ALDI or numerous shopping centres.

Very close to the local Bus (5 min) away. Bus 600 takes you North to Maroochydore via Mooloolaba and also goes South yo Caloundra via Dicky Beach.
Bikes are great too as there are plenty of boardwalks , bike paths etc to explore along the Coast.
Several courtesy buses service the area as well.
Train service to Brisbane is from Landsborough. You can catch the local Bus from Caloundra to the Station. Alternatively you can drive your own vehicle takes about 25 mins to arrive at the station.
