Any type of illegal activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the unit. 2. NO SMOKING inside the unit. 3. Cooking utensils are provided so you can prepare your food at your convenience but cooking of food with strong odor like frying fish is prohibited. 4. Stained/damaged towels, couch, area rugs, throw pillows, pillows, and bedsheets will incur a 1000 php penalty per item. 5. Damaged appliances/furniture will be subject to additional charges. 6. Please refrain from walking inside the unit with shoes on. To maintain the cleanliness of the place, guests will be provided with indoor slippers. 7. There are other tenants next door so please minimize noise most especially during sleeping hours. 8. Please maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the unit for a more relaxing and worthwhile stay. Please be advised there is NO assigned parking spot at the property but there is a private pay parking garage right across the street few steps away from the bldg entrance or park your car on the street AT YOUR OWN RISK.
