The Space: BEDROOMS - This beautiful holiday home boasts a total of 5 bedrooms spread across 2 units - all on the ground floor. - Each bedroom is equipped with a myriad of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort including an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. - 4 bedrooms offer a king-sized bed whilst 1 bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. 3 bedrooms are also equipped with TVs. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Welcome an abundance of open spaces, a refreshing breeze and a spectrum of amenities as you step into this plush holiday home. - The gates to this home open up to 2 units on either side - both housing a range of common spaces. - The first unit features a modern drawing room, furnished with ample sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people. - This airconditioned living room is also equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a music system. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. - Step outside and you will be greeted by the surrounding verdure and lush green lawns. - There are 2 well-tended gardens on the premises of the property, 2000 sq. ft. and 5000 sq. ft. in size. - The lawns are embellished with many seating arrangements and are ideal for a brisk morning walk. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 25x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - The pool deck is furnished with snug pool loungers, perfect for basking in the hilly sun. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. - The first floor of the second unit houses a designated gym and games room, with snooker, foosball, treadmill and elliptical. - The topmost floors of each unit boast a private terrace, ornamented with a swing and a shaded gazebo overlooking the surrounding scenery. - Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the outdoor bar. - There is an in-house temple on the premises as well. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the meal prices. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
