From start to finish, my stay was absolutely delightful. This property easily ranks as the most stunning I've had the pleasure of visiting. The service provided by the on-site hosts was impeccable, offering that warm, homely feeling that one always hopes for. With spacious accommodations, it never felt crowded, and each area of the property was beautifully maintained. The experience as a whole was not just comfortable but genuinely exceptional. It's the best vacation rental we’ve ever been to. It felt like we had our private mansion in paradise. The game room was excellent: we played pool, darts, ping pong, and the kids played video games. The British pub was cheeky and fun, the hot tub was large, and the view was spectacular. The hosts were the best part. So full of island knowledge. We went to fabulous beaches and restaurants at the perfect times. They made a pickleball court for us and were great with the kids. We had four families, and nobody felt crowded. There was plenty of room to congregate in the central area for meals and hanging out and plenty of room on the deck or lanai — yet we all had our large suites to retreat to for privacy and quality naps for the kids. We’ll be repeat customers for sure.

This house is even better in person. Such a fantastic place for a large group. Lots of space to do your own thing, or hang out together in the hot tub, game room outside patios or kitchen/living room area. The location is 15 minutes away from the airport and downtown Kona and perfectly positioned to explore both north or south of the island. The house is fully stocked with all the beach gear you could need which was a huge perk. The views from the house were incredible and made for some amazing sunsets. We loved being tucked away in the trees falling asleep and waking up to all the sounds of the rainforest. It was an added bonus to have the hosts Kyle and Maza on sight to answer any questions or help us immediately if we needed something. They did their own thing unless we requested otherwise. We will definitely be back!

Brad’s place it’s just beautiful! Its really close to town (about 10min drive) but just up the hill a bit where there’s a nice breeze so you’re not completely dying in the heat. One of the coolest and most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. I would totally stay there again.
