House was nice. Tastefully decorated. Instructions for firepit use were included and temperature was right for a fire, only no propane, Bummer. Mattress in mbr is weak in the center, kept sliding into the middle all night, crowding my partner. For over $200 a night, you would think you wouldn't have to supply anything to use the ammenities provided. Makes you rethink hotels instead. No Worries, the concert we came for was great!

Beautiful neighborhood with huge trees. Close to Front Street, only two blocks, very nice walk. Host was very responsive with suggestions for dining. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again when in the Georgetown area. Thank you for the St Patrick’s Day sugar cookies, they were awesome.

Wonderful quaint, eclectic cottage in a beautiful, walkable area of historic Georgetown. Easy walk to historic district with restaurants, shops and bars. We had some minor issues with cleanliness, but we were able to resolve and have shared the feedback with Barbara. I am confident that she will take appropriate steps to ensure these do not reoccur for future guests. The kitchen has basic amenities. If you are a gourmet-ish type cook or you are cooking for a large group, you may want to bring your own special cookware. All in all, great stay for the price!

Home was walking distance to Harborwalk and restaurants with several shops on Front Street. Husband and I definitely want to come back to this house.
