Loved Jeff's place - very quiet neighborhood, quiet beach right in front of the house. The place is roomy and comfy - exactly as advertised. Would be very happy to stay there again!

Loved being right on the beach! so peaceful! There were a lot of water toys for every age. The spacious kitchen was great for preparing meals in. And who doesn't love the sound of the ocean 24/7. Jeff was a great host! Dave was a wonderful property manager. Both very friendly and there to help.

Jeff was very patient with me as this was first my AirB&B experience and I didn’t understand the ins and outs of AirB&B. The place was beautiful and clean, just as described. The appliances were nicer than my own! The beach was right out of the back door. There were few other people on the beach, and it felt very safe! It was so much fun to search for shells and beach glass! There was a place to chill on the deck and also a comfy place with nice furniture chill on the beach. I didn’t expect all of the beach gear that was available for our use….snorkels, life vests, boogie board, surf board, kayak, cooler. Also a BBQ. If you have kids, there’s also a trampoline and a cool swing set/club house setup. Jeff was very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely like to visit this property again in the future!!!

Jeff’s property was great for our stay in the area! He was very clear and communicative, and the beautiful oceanfront was just what we were looking for. The drive from the airport was not as bad as we had anticipated and the proximity to lots of good shopping, beaches and restaurants was perfect😊
