This place definitely has potential. However, check in instructions were not clear and the apartment was impossible to find without help from the building manager, who was lovely. It would be much better to include photos and videos of the apartment and how to find it, as well as a lock box with the key. The surfaces in the apartment were not thoroughly cleaned and there were no rubbish bins in the kitchen or any rooms. There were no pans, no kettle and just a single pot. The kitchen cupboards and contents were not clean. The cupboards and drawers in the bedroom were dirty and had rubbish in them. There was no heating in the bedrooms and it was very cold in winter. Also, there was only a single roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. With proper maintenance, this could have been a much better experience.

A nice spacious apartment in a nice location. Quite and reccomanden for 4 people. I got to use the parking place which was great. Hosts are always avialble. Has to do a late check-in and they were hostile and friendly.

Irlanda is such a nice owner . She was very friendly, helpful and responsive . The apartment is placed in a quite and family friendly neighbourhood , with markets , shops , caffes and restaurants nearby . It was very clean with all the needed amenities . Very spacious and modern . The beds and pillows were so comfartable . We had a great time at Irlanda's place and felt like home . Next time we visit Tirana we already know where to stay.
