Located in the beautiful suburb of Mt Eden which is close to central Auckland, Mt Eden Village, Newmarket, Dominion Road, Kingsland and Eden Park. One bus zone into the city. Mt Eden is a busy village with many lovely cafes and great restaurants within an easy walk. Quiet green and treed area. The room is situated in a separate part of our home with its own entrance; where a kitchen, large bathroom and spacious living and dining area are solely for the private use of our Airbnb guests. The Airbnb area is in a private and quiet part of our family home. The area of the space available is about 120m2 and it feels spacious with some high ceilings and different flooring levels. There is actually a second bedroom but this booking is just for two people (we have a two bedroom listing for up to four people and a three bedroom option for up to six people, which has an additional bathroom attached to the third bedroom). This room accommodates up to two people (the Queen sized bed is a New Zealand made antique bed frame extended to fit a modern mattress). There is access to fast Wi-fi. There is street parking outside the house limited to 120 minutes during the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. After these hours and in the weekends there is unlimited time free parking. On request, we may be able to arrange residents' parking for you to allow free parking at all times.
