It was good for what I needed - comfy bed, desk to write at with comfy chair and helpful to be able to grab some food from over the road.

Very convenient studio for a visit to Leamington Spa. The studio is right in the heart of the town near to all local amenities. Very clear instructions sent which made check-in really easy. Only trouble I had was that I arrived a few mins early and couldn’t get into the room using the code. I contacted the host straight away, and was informed that the automatic door locks are programmed to allow entry using your code from 16:00, so I had to wait a couple of minutes to get in. Only real criticism I have was that the listing says there is an iron, but I wasn’t able to find one, so had to settle for a different outfit to what I had intended. Otherwise a very comfortable and satisfactory stay.
