Beautiful home. My family enjoyed this home and is ready to go back

We enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely home with plenty of space. The five children were well occupied with the pool and gameroom. One arcade game was broken. A criticism would be that it could be better stocked. There was no dish soap, bathroom soap, ect. I expected to purchase items when we arrived, but compared to other properties we've rented it was not very well stocked. Also, we had an issue with the hot tub heating up. It didn't go over 90 the first two days we were there despite two staff coming out to look at the problem. We were given a bunch of excuses. My husband arrived late the next evening and figured out the issue right away. We did enjoy the hot tub after that They did respond to all of our concerns the staff they sent out were not the most knowledgeable. Our dryer stopped working and the gentleman that came to fix it was great. The vent line was totally clogged and I'm thankful there was no fire. Overall it's a very nice rental, but could be a bit better maintained

Perfect stay! This is my first pleasant experience with Airbnb. I cannot believe how great this house is. A lot of space, kids LOVED the playroom. Full kitchen with more than enough dishes, silverware etc. beautiful outdoor area with a bbq. There’s just so many great things about this house, it was spotless and they take care of all the chores. You don’t have to load the dishwasher (even though we did) or throw the towels in the washer. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, everyone was extremely pleased with everything about our stay here. Perfect find

This house was more than enough room for our large family. The kitchen was completely stocked with cookware . It was amazing. The game room was so fun for everyone. The double dining table was so useful. Two bedrooms on the first floor worked so well for elderly parents. We loved this house.

Firstly I would like to thank Overmoon for being available for questions before and during the early part of our stay. Speedy and helpful responses. The house itself was perfect for our needs and absolutely met the description. In fact the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
