4 Bd room spacious home with a fully fenced yard backing onto a green space. A chef's kitchen and large, spacious bedrooms. The home is not far from access to ocean front boat launches, whale watching tours, mountain biking trails, and a short drive up the Malahat to the Garden City of Victoria. Hop on the Mill Bay ferry (20 min boat ride) to Brentwood Bay which is 15-20 min to the serene town of Sydney, the airport, and Swartz Bay ferry terminal. 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room, patio, large private backyard, Chef's kitchen, Master bedroom with ensuite and balcony overlooking the living room. Ample smart TV's and a wonderful hosting space inside and out.

The house is great, spread out, clean, great backyard. We all had a wonderful time and would rent again.
It's a great house with stunning view in a serene area， great space for our family. We love the beddings, especially the pillows which are comfortable. The things with minor problems we encountered are little stain on 1 bedsheet and we were not able to locate hair dryer. Andrew's team deliveries hair dryer to us promptly, we appreciated their support. We highly recommend the house to travellers to Victoria.

Large private lots in a family friendly neighbourhood. Steps away from Deloume Park, and a 3 minute drive to Mill Bay Center.
Located just of Highway 1 in Mill Springs. You will need a vehicle to adventure around the area, but there is lots to see. Bear Mountain Golf Course is 20 minutes south, Arbutus ridge 10 minutes north. Wineries in the vicinity include Unsworth Winery, Enrico Winery, Blue Grouse Winery, Meridale Cidery. Many hiking and biking trails in region.
