Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space which exudes luxury farmhouse chic. The oversize windows and wall-to-wall sliding doors open onto a patio area with a wooden deck and stairs to an outdoor relaxation area and BBQ. Add expansive views across the mountain valleys and the Villa couldn’t be more magical. It combines natural beauty with spoils like a wood-fired plunge pool, stylish bar area, cosy fireplace and indoor BBQ. All of this magic just 45km outside Windhoek on the C26.

We had an amazing stay at the Steinheim! The house is great , view amazing ! Barbara has been very helpful with our laundry issue 😅 and very friendly We definitely highly recommend the place

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Unterkunft bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung war sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder!

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning, looks exactly like the description and we couldn’t believe how beautiful the views and the villa were. Jacques and barbara were very friendly and responsive and able to help us with some firewood and to get the fire for the pool started. Really good value and the best place we stayed in Namibia!

Steinheim Farm is situated 45km from the Capital, Windhoek in the beautiful rural Khomas Highlands of Namibia. The region is characterized by its hilly countryside, expansive views and many mountains, rivers & valleys. The Khomas Highland Mountains, just 50 km west of Windhoek is considered the main hunting ground in central Namibia with ample free-roaming game like Oryx, Zebra, Kudu, Eland, Waterbuck and Hartebeest in the region. Khomas Hochland is a part of the interior plateau of central Namibia. It is elevated from 1700 m to 2000 m above sea level. From Windhoek several routes lead to the Namib Desert and when traveling in a circular route in the Gamsberg surroundings, the scenery is spectacular, especially along the Gamsberg, Spreetshoogte and Remhoogte passes. Dominating the landscape 120km west of Windhoek is the Gamsberg, a large table-topped mountain that rises some 500 metres above the surrounding Khomas Hochland. At a height of 2 347 metres, it is Namibia’s fourth-highest mountain. The plateau is regarded as an outstanding site for astronomical observations, as the night sky is unusually clear and the absence of towns and the resultant darkness of the surroundings makes it an ideal location from which to study the stars of the southern hemisphere.
