This stunning 2-bedroom penthouse over spacious 236m2 has a resort feel, it has a gorgeous pool and a massive deck overlooking the beach and private garden. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and private bath-room, with toilet and walk-in closet, the Master Bed-Room has sea-view. The open living area features a spacious kitchen with American refrigerator, wine cooler as well as a guest toilet with washing machine. Wifi incl. of a built-In Sonos Music System is available. The large balcony of over 80m2 features a Sofa-area, sunbeds and dining tables. In the back of the facility with a tropic garden you find another pool for lane swimming.

A wonderful slice of paradise! This stunning condo has a resort feel. It has a gorgeous pool and an incredible massive deck for outdoor living overlooking the black sand beach. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view through the trees to the sea, where we loved to watch the sunrise each morning. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. To shop for groceries, you need to take a trike about 30 minutes to Dumaguette where you can find just about anything you would desire. There are a few convenience stores within walking distance as well. The staff are as kind and friendly as can be. Gerald the host is super responsive to any and all of your questions or needs. The area is known for diving and opportunities abound if that is your thing. Overall, a wonderful experience here in Dauin. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. To shop for groceries you need to take a ride to Dumaguete where you find anything you need. There are a few convenience stores within walking distance as well.
The area is known for diving and snorkeling, a tour to Apo Island is a must, which can be booked through any of the dive-centers in the neighbourhood.
Arrival
If arriving in Manila, you take a connecting flight to Dumaguete Airport. Flight duration is roughly an hour from Manila. The resort is in about 20 kms from the airport, taxi transfer may take 30-45 minutes, Pick-up can be arranged against a fee.
Another option is to enter the Philippines via Mactan Cebu International Airport, then take a 50-minute domestic flight to Dumaguete Airport.
