Overall the place is clean, relatively comfortable and safe. However, the rooms are fairly small and there is only one shower/kitchen between four rooms so if you don't like waiting for people then this can be an issue. I also found the check in process a bit of a hassle as it was hard to find the lockbox, clearer instructions would be beneficial. Finally, there are some issues with the heating and hot water not being on all the time. No instructions in the property of how to rectify these issues as I get the impression they are relatively minor and could be troubleshooted easily by the guest.

Beautiful home very close to the centre of Chester. Nice, clean and spacious. Bedroom was a decent size and very comfortable. Smart tv’s with Netflix already logged in are a nice touch. Good size kitchen for cooking and big double fridge. Overall very good stay and would book again.

My husband and son stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the house for themselves as there were no other guests in there. Everything was exactly like in photos and described. They stayed in the ground floor bedroom with the kitchen and toilet on the same floor and the bathroom on the top (third) floor. Parking is also possible in the front, on the street instead of the suggested allocated bay. One thing is not clear though; the house was guestless, my husband and son got a code for the room with the bathroom located 2 floors away so I quite don't understand why there was no choice of the ensuite bathroom at the booking. It looks like you are chosen a room by the host, who was actually responsive in time and friendly. The place is definitely recommended.

We had a lovely time at Dawn's place. The house is wonderful, with well equipped kitchen and the possibility to relax in a comfy living room. Close to the house is also a playground, which was great for us.
