Walking distance to UofA campus, Dickson St., downtown Entertainment district, and town square and Farmer's market. Spacious living and dining space, super comfy beds, premium bedding and towels, and the cutest well-appointed kitchen. STR-001336-2022 This is the sweetest, most charming space. The living/dining/kitchen space is all open and filled with tons of natural light. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, knives, utensils, spices, and kitchen appliances, as well as cooking oil. As an avid cook, I think I've thought of everything, but if I haven't, please let me know! There is a coffee bar that's stocked with assorted coffee pods, various sweeteners, and a selection of creamers. For the tea drinkers, we've provide a selection of teas and an electric tea kettle. Both bedrooms feature super comfortable beds, premium bedding, and the softest, fluffiest pillows. They also both have a sitting area for reading. Closets, luggage racks, and dressers are in each bedroom, as well as full-size mirrors. There are two bathrooms - one is in the hall, and one is an en suite. We provide complimentary toiletries and bath products, robes and slippers, as well as a welcome tray of locally-sourced snacks, and a reusable shopping bag for your trip to the farmer's market. This property has vintage charm and the host has very thoughtfully curated the furnishings and amenities. Lovely walk-up 2-bedroom at a great value. Stay here if proximity to Dickson is what you’re looking for.

This is in the perfect location and close to the University and downtown Fayetteville! The space was beautiful, cozy and functional for all of us! We loved the deck off the back, all the beautiful windows, and all the kitchen amenities. Look forward to staying there again!
