Our family spent the week between Christmas and New Years Day in Switzerland and could not imagine finding a better location than Sven's apartment. It was an easy walk to the train station and wonderful restaurants. The riverfront was mere steps away. Having easy access to the train station made day trips a breeze. The apartment was beautiful, immaculate and well appointed. Sven and Veronika were very communicative and helpful. The location is easy to find and access. Aside from fireworks on New Years Eve(which were beautiful to watch over the water), the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely book this apartment again.

The pictures do not do it justice. Sven’s place is beautiful!!!! Veronika was also very helpful, especially at check-in. You’re surrounded by windows, the place is immaculately clean, everything is state-of-the-art, and Sven is incredibly responsive. He’s also very thoughtful and had wine, bread, and cheeses (as well as other soft drinks) waiting for us at no extra charge. The master bedroom and living room have beautiful views. The master bedroom even had a small view of the Reuss where if you crack the window the sound of water puts you to sleep. Heated floors are great, the shower is a waterfall shower, I mean I could go on about how great this place is. The location was also very nice! This place is perfect and we’ll return again next time we visit.

Great location, close to everything and yet very quiet because it’s 2 minutes from the restaurant and stores. It was a very comfortable stay, clean,modern, and spacious. The host met us and showed us how to use everything, and he was extremely responsive when we needed some thing.

Overall disappointing experience. At check-in, the host's rep showed us the apartment. It is VERY modern with highly technical components that she had to explain in detail. I am an engineer & have 2 savvy young adults so no problem. But, we said to her that it felt warm in the apartment and she said the A/C would cool down quickly. It never cooled down and we spent a sweltering night with windows open. I texted her in the AM & she said she would take care of it. I never heard back until the next day when two workers banged on our door in the afternoon while we were relaxing from a day out. They spent two hours trying to fix it - it never worked. All of this could have been worked through - the place was clean, lovely and in a great location. Then the owner contacted me afterwards accusing me of breaking a blind because we had the windows open due to the AC issue.The extremely negative interaction with him afterwards soured us on our stay. Be aware he lacks Airbnb experience.
