At the bottom of the stairs there is a storage room to the right where the laundry facilities are (these are not shared by us, only the storage facilities are). To the left is the door to the private apartment, which can be locked. The apartment consists of a complete kitchen, bathroom, living room with tv and firestick, chair and futon (can be used for sleeping), a bedroom with two single beds (trundle bed) and a desk, and a room with a queen sized bed and tv and firestick. Both bedrooms have windows that give a lot of light. There is also a pack and play, toddler mattress, and extra pillows and blankets as needed. Pet free.
