The outside facade looks good. Caretaker is responsive. Amenities are very useful including the convection oven in the dining area and most rooms with smart tv. However, rooms including bathrooms are in need of renovation and/or proper maintenance. Bedrooms have a lot of big space but they only have one big bed frame per room. Others are just floor mattresses. Some rooms can use more bed frames, especially the masters' bedroom. There were also some cockroaches and mosquitoes in the rooms.

The Hosts are very accommodating and listing was spacious. We just slept here for my sister’s wedding but, we’ll definitely go back with friends! :)

John and his team were very helpful & accommodating! We were there 30mins before the check-in time (coz we thought it might be traffic), & they allowed us to stay at the covered area, while we wait for their final cleanup. His 'angels' were very helpful and proactive in asking for our essentials, etc. While, his 'kuya' assistant, helped us with the parking (since they have an extra parking spaces, 2 mins walking distance from the resort) & maintenance needs. For us, great service is very important. KUDOS to John & his Team! About his place: A. great kitchen & dining area, check! B. 3 bedrooms: superb airconditioning, clean bed, sheets & pillows, even the floors, check! C. Toilets are ok. D. Big pool, check! But u have to vigilantly attend to your children's safety coz the depth is not that child-friendly. But for us adults, we had fun. E. Covered hall/parking, GREAT! Even the strong rain didn't stop us to enjoy our party! Boom, his hitech videoke, PERFECT! Hanep sa sound system!

We had a great stay! Host was responsive and welcomed us. We felt like our own, very spacious and nice place. My family really enjoyed the pool esp kids. The warm water in the pool is a big plus. The only issue in the listing, it is not well maintained, we noticed maraming tambak at the back and the kitchen itself wasn't organized and unclean. Highly recommended the pool and their big rooms.
