Emmas cabin is a charming traditional cabin located in a forest, next to their house. The area is fantastic for cross country skiing or simply to relax. They have made a cute outdoor area with a bonfire place. The house is located on a farm with a dog, cows etc. we absolutely loved the authenticity of it. The only thing that could be worth mentioning is that the cabin does not have doors to the bedrooms, instead a curtain is used. This means it can be loud if there are some in the living room, while others go to sleep. For us it was no problem and we enjoy it but it could be problematic if travelling with children. We would be happy to come back 😍 there is so much to see and do. The cabin is truly a hidden gem. And emma answered any questions we had reg where to ski. So lovely people!!

Ce petit chalet est adorable. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans le logement d’Emma. En pleine montagne, au calme et avec une vue incroyable. Ce chalet est décoré avec goût et est très propre. Petit détail qui a son importance, la localisation n’étant pas précise lors de la réservation, le chalet est assez escarpé, nous y avons séjourné en Mars et l’accès n’est pas évident. Surtout pour des français peu habitués à la neige ! Si vous aimez le calme ce sera parfait pour vous et pensez à faire des courses avant ! Merci Emma pour votre disponibilité et réactivité, ce séjour nous a fait beaucoup de bien !

We had an absolutely fantastic few days at Emma’s hytte. Truly magical - we couldn’t have asked for more. The area is stunning - quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous nature. The place itself was cosy and a wonderful escape from the world (but with all the amenities and comforts you could ask for.) Down to candles, games, blankets, and tea and coffee, Emma had thought of everything we’d need to have the perfect stay. She was always quick to respond and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thanks for having us, Emma!
