This is 100% honest review. I informed host that my check in will be late night due to late hours flight. When I reached to the property, it was locked and check in instructions was only to get inside the apartment (not inside the building) Almost 5 hours i stayed in my car in such a cold weather, nearly 5am in the morning someone driving out and i used this opportunity to get inside. I contacted airbnb & tried my self many times to contact the host but no response at all. It was very late and unfortunately i wasn’t able to book any other place. Well, once i managed to get inside the apartment area, i was able to get into the apartment but 5 hours i had to spend in my car. Explained all this to HOST and next day my host (EWA) replied, there was no apology for this inconvenience, instead she was not accepting that main gate to the building entrance was locked… surely if it wasn’t locked then myself and Airbnb wouldn’t kept trying to contact her until next morning. Very rude behaviour

Stayed 7 days - called host from the day 1 - and air bnb teal tried to contact her - never responded.. Terrible situation - without proper heat

everything was great, as described in descriptions. There is only 1 thing i did not like about the host. They were not so quick to respond when i needed them (maybe this was a language barrier), but eventually, all worked out well, and the apartment was lovely and clean. Thankyou
