Newly remodeled mountain side home. Perfect for families who enjoy the outdoors and wildlife. Cozy and modern. Clean and comfortable stay. You'll love my place it is a perfect retreat from the city life. The house is on the boarder of the Deruyter forest and Cazenovia. The views of the rolling hills and lakes makes this a perfect getaway to explore nature. It is 15 minutes from Delphi falls and 25 minutes from Chittenango Falls. Four wheel and all wheel recommended but not necessary.

Very nice place! Well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family.
We enjoyed our stay! We loved the newly renovated and cozy cabin and its peaceful and secluded location. The floorplan is conducive for different activities: working on a laptop on the dining table, reading on a sofa in a quiet corner, watching tv in the family room and working in the well equipped kitchen. From all those areas, there was a view of the rolling hills, valley and trees. Upstairs, there are sweeping views from the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. We went hiking and visiting places during the day. At night, we enjoyed relaxing at the cabin. This is a great place for recharging!
