Great little mother in law suite with all necessary amenities, full bathroom, near to stores and restaurants. Very quickly responsive and definitely would stay here again!

This was my first time staying at a place for longer than 2 weeks. That being said the place was super spacious has everything you need from washer&dryer to a kitchen and living room area. Everything I needed was within 5 minutes of the town. groceries, restaurants , fast food, etc. John was really responsive and made things happen for me cause of my crazy night shift schedule. Being out of state. This was the only place I could find that was even worth staying at. Definitely coming back again in the future if I’m ever working out of state. Will be my go to place

John was very friendly and responsive and made sure the unit was pretty clean for us. We loved how close the unit was to some local restaurants as well as a few grocery stores so we were able to quickly run out and get things when needed. We will definitely be staying with John if we return the Laplace!

The apartment was clean and cozy. Our host was very responsive with unexpected issues that arose. We generally didn’t have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes for a response. The only issue for us was parking the last couple weeks of our stay. This home is adequate for traveling contractors who are looking for short/long term stays at a reasonable price.
