I was very disappointed in these accommodations. First of all, the ad does not say TWO SEPARATE ROOMS, nor does it imply such. Based on the ad, I was supposed to be renting a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette, not two separate hotel rooms which aren’t even next to each other. So our group was separated. This is a sketchy, run-down hotel. The check in is 4pm and check out is 10am which I thought was ridiculous. There are children running all around all over the place yelling across the corridor to each other. Someone said they were the housekeepers children. Very noisy location. Homeless people all around neighborhood. The person in line in front of me was complaining their room was “very dirty”, and the person in front of them was complaining there was no toilet paper. I couldn’t get a receipt for my stay even though they charged my credit card $100 deposit for each room. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Beware of listings by this person as they are entirely misleading

The worst hotel or place I have ever stayed. When checking in the check in woman took our card for the 100 deposit and we received receipt confirmation on this. However close to 11 at night we had banging on our door from hotel security saying that we didn’t pay the deposit. Even though we had. Our kids were asleep and so were we. We were RUDELY woken up and the security man was hostile towards my husband. But that was just the cake… the place was disgusting. How do i pay 250 bucks for a total dump!?! The shower had pubic hair in it, floors had hair. The oven was from the 80s and not clean. The floors had large stains. The tile was sticky. There was no phone. No where to plug in electronics. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets for use. And the front desk had none for us to use and we had to wait with tired kids. The outside is falling apart as well. Oh and the cups were dirty as well. Do NOT stay here!! Pay an extra 100 bucks and stay somewhere you feel comfortable in. NOT here

This place was amazing! No hot tub, but the sauna made up for it! The staff was on point and very helpful!

Overall decent value. Beds were comfy. Linens & rooms were clean. Having a kitchenette is helpful. the indoor swimming pool & Sauna looked nice but we didn’t have a chance to use in our overnight stay - can imagine it’s added bonus for skiing vacas. Beware it is a timeshare-resort type property: check-in was “hotel-like”, not typical Airbnb-like - our checkin was extra long (1/2 hr wait to get the keys) but the night shift clerk was extra kind & empathetic (there were system issues not his personal fault). We didn’t anticipate it was kind of rundown, amenities needed upgrade, also in a sketchy neighborhood. The breakfast convo from units next door in the morning made me feel like I was in their room with them - multiple signs of lacking proper management or strategic investment - ie remodeling, system upgrades, enough staffing, etc. If you adjust your expectations, it can be a good value.
