This detached cottage is located on a country track on a quiet road. It's position gives stunning views of the Welsh mountains from both inside and out.
A short stroll from the front door brings you to many footpaths and trails up onto the Malvern Hills. You'll be rewarded with breathtaking views as you make your way across this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
A 2 minute walk down the road leads you to the Chase Inn. A great country pub with a fabulous beer garden.
The cottage is less than a 10 minute drive away from The Worcestershire Golf Club and there is ample storage space for clubs in the secure garage.
The Three Counties Showground is also less than a 10 minute drive away and hosts events all year round, including RHS shows, antique fairs, live music and Winter Glow.
The beautiful spa town of Malvern is a 5 minute drive away and is steeped in history - from Elgar to the Morgan car company. In Malvern you'll find an array of food options including quaint tearooms, traditional pubs and contemporary cafes and restaurants. Also situated within the town is the highly regarded Malvern Theatre, which regularly hosts pre and post West End shows.
For children, Malvern has a recently upgraded leisure centre with a brilliant swimming pool and slide and within the grounds of Priory Park you'll find a fantastic new playground which was refurbished in 2022 using sustainable timber.
Slightly further afield, to the south of Malvern, you will find Eastnor Castle which has impressive grounds as well as the inside of the castle to explore.
This is the perfect base to explore the three counties, including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, The Cotswolds and the neighbouring towns of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester and Hereford.

Colwall has a train station and is a 5 minute drive away from the cottage or approximately a 20 minute walk away.
Malvern has 2 train stations with Great Malvern having good links to Birmingham, Bristol and London.
There is parking on a driveway directly outside the property. You can also park your car in the garage should you wish. There are no parking restrictions on the road. The cottage is located on a country track and whilst this is a little bumpy in parts it is used daily by our neighbours.
