We have a 50 in smart tv in the living room that has a firestick. You can stream Netflix or whatever you desire, but you will have to use your own account We also have a tv in the master bedroom with roku.House is a duplex we live in the house upstairs. You have total privacy and your own entrance to the downstairs. We have coffee and water for guests and snacks. we also start you with shampoo,soap all towels and wash cloths, all bed linens provided. also toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags.
